From Contract to Close
● Review and upload listing documents (will prepare upon request)
● Start a new broker file with your office
● Open Escrow
● Send out introductory emails
● Audit purchase documents and counteroffers ensuring everything is signed and initialed correctly
● Track contingency dates
● Schedule and coordinate appointments with all needed vendors/inspectors (upon request - extra fee may apply)
● Create all forms your office requires for compliance
● Prepare seller disclosures, DocuSign, audit, and send a complete package to the buyer’s agent (for listings)
● Review seller disclosures & Docusign them to the buyers (for purchases)
● Work directly with Escrow and provide all requested items
● Keep all parties up to date on the status of the file
● Perform file audits throughout the transaction
● Communicate with the cooperating agent and provide documents per their request
● Send reminders regarding the final walk-through and request list of service providers
● Provide brokerage with a complete file and receive the Broker’s final approval

Transaction Concierge Fees
$500 single party / $600 dual agency / $250 Leases / $25 schedule inspections
